Product Returns – Consumer Rights

You have the right to return the products you have purchased under the following terms and conditions:

The return must be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. In this case, you will only be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it, meaning it must not have been unsealed or tampered with, and must remain exactly as it was prior to sale, in its complete original packaging as delivered to you by the courier company. It must be returned fully packaged and secure.

To accept the return, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice) must be presented by the person who initially purchased the product, whose details are indicated on the purchase document.

Provided that the conditions are met and the return is accepted, the consumer is entitled to a refund via credit to a bank account that will be provided to “KDOTBEAUTY”. The refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the product. If the purchase was made by credit card, the transaction will be reversed and the corresponding amount will be credited back to the customer’s credit card, rather than refunded in cash.

The return must be made via the courier company GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI OR BOX NOW, and it is clearly stated that the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
